Service Agreement
An outline of how our projects work. Each client receives a written agreement for their specific scope before any work begins.
Scope
Every project starts with a written scope that lists what will be built, what is included, and what is not. Anything added later is agreed in writing first.
Payment stages
Projects are staged in two parts. You invest 50% to confirm your slot and begin, and complete the remaining 50% after reviewing the finished work and before launch.
Ownership
You receive full ownership of your website or system after the final payment, including files and the accounts created for your project.
Support
Two weeks of support are included after launch. Ongoing support can be arranged separately.
Additional creative services
Branding, copywriting, image preparation, video editing and social-media materials are quoted separately based on what your business already has and what needs to be created.
